When CEI was first formed in late 2019, I was asked to become the Chairman and Executive Director for CEI, and to establish CEI under the umbrella of my Frontline Ministries, Inc., 501(C)(3), in order to manage the financial responsibilities of CEI. This included opening a bank account, ordering checks, keeping financial records up to date, writing checks, typing invoices and thank you letters, etc. Frontline Ministries, Inc. has successfully served CEI for 4+ years. I am informing you that as of the above date, I am respectfully retiring as Chairman and Executive Director for CEI and will continue to be a member in good standing. The CEI Executive team has appointed Richard (Dick) Hawkins, LTC, USAF (Ret) as the new Chairman. Dr. Kevin Clauson has been appointed as the Executive Director of CEI and will be moving to Virginia in the near future. A new bank account has been set-up under the auspices of the Nehemiah Institute, 501(C)3, and a new mailing address has been established. All donations/dues should be sent to: CEI, 4240 Portsmouth Blvd, Unit A, Box 402, Chesapeake, VA 23321. This transition will enable CEI to continue growing new Christian education ventures and projects, as well as establish its own donor base. I’m very encouraged and excited at the plans God has for CEI and I am honored to serve as Chairman Emeritus. We will “officially” announce the transition at the Summit IV conference on Oct. 27-28, 2023. The CEI Board Members now consist of: Dr. Kevin Clauson, Dick Hawkins, Dr. Max Lyons, Dr. Marlene McMillan, Mark Shepard, and Dan Smithwick. In His grip, E. Ray Moore, President Frontline Ministries, Inc., and Exodus Mandate Project Chairman Emeritus, Christian Education Initiative
